Salary & Benefits
The pay range is between £31,145 and £37,572 (FTE)
A full time member of staff is entitled 5 weeks holiday and 10 public and local holidays. When public and local holidays are taken is flexible.
Work life balance
Work life balance is very important for our organisation and we understand that each member of staff is different. Within the best interest of our organisation and its services we offer some flexitime and occasional opportunities to work from home at flexible times.
LCiL operates an automatic enrolment pension scheme for the benefit of its employees from the day you join our organisation. Contributions for this scheme are set at the statutory minimum. LCiL also offers a defined contribution Pension Scheme which you will be entitled to join and contribute towards following satisfactory completion of 3 months service. Employer contributions to this scheme are set at 2:1 ratio of your contributions up to a maximum of 8% of your monthly salary.
Death in Service Benefit
LCiL provides Death in Service benefit cover for all staff, which you will be eligible to receive on successful completion of your probationary period.
Learning and development opportunities
LCiL is committed to the development of all their employees. During your first few weeks you will participate in an organisation wide induction programme, introducing your to our services. Whilst most of the training is on the job & in house, any external training requests will be considered on an individual basis.
