Tax Compliance Associate (Trainee or Senior) 

£20,000 - £28,000 - Glasgow

iMultiply are delighted to be engaged on the position of Tax Compliance Associate with a well-known chartered accountancy firm based in Glasgow.

The Role

Working as part of the Tax Compliance team, the successful candidate will be expected to work well within the team and be responsible for a portfolio of clients. This varied portfolio will include Tax Compliance work for both personal and corporate (personal tax is essential). The candidate can work towards their tax qualifications (ATT and CTA) which the firm would support.


Main Duties include:

  • Responsible for all day to day tax compliance affairs for a portfolio of clients
  • Prepare and submit Personal/Corporate Tax Returns and associated tax computations
  • Communicate with HMRC
  • Support the tax team with ad hoc queries
  • Complete all administration in a timely manner (including timesheets and fees) and to a high standard
  • Demonstrate the firms values at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other departments in the firm
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met
