iMultiply are delighted to be working exclusively with a business based at the west side of Edinburgh to recruit a Stock & Accounts Administrator 

The Company

The business which has now reached a phase of stability through successful acquisitions of new and innovative products has ambitions to be the market leader for what they do in Central Scotland. 

The Role

The position of Stock & Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of stock for the business. This will include reporting on all incoming and outgoing stock of the business and organising the distribution using external providers. This role will also involve assisting with maintaining the transactional processing for the entire business as well as monitoring the banking for the group This role requires a “roll the sleeves up” attitude and is happy to get involved in additional tasks on behalf of the business.

On Offer

The role of Stock and Accounts Administrator will offer a competitive salary of £18,000 -21,000 as well as additional company benefits package. The office premises are based on the outskirts of Edinburgh city centre and easily accessible via public transport.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

Stock Control

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on stock to present to senior stakeholders
  • Liaise with manufacturers to order stock
  • Track and manage all shipments
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to manage stock availability
  • Stock checks
  • Liaise with external companies for deliveries


  • Completing monthly reconciliations of cash, credit card and online payment accounts
  • Credit Control
  • Processing invoices and expense forms
  • Complex Bank account reconciliations
  • Petty cash transactions
  • Administration and filing.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Previous experience working within a stock management role
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong of transactional processing & maintenance
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
