An opportunity to join a leading global firm, work with key clients and progress swiftly within the business. 

The Opportunity

You will be joining a high growth division of a well known global business, set up to lead the delivery of Global Compliance and Reporting.  The role will be based in Belfast and will focus on the preparation and review of statutory accounts for a wide range of clients, including global blue chip multinational companies.  The post holder will gain valuable experience working with board members and statutory auditors.  The post holder will also have the opportunity to work within the wider service delivery team and contribute to the delivery of a high quality in house finance function across a diverse client portfolio.  

Key responsibilities: 

  • Preparation of statutory accounts (single entity and group) for multiple clients in accordance with the clients’ schedule.
  • Preparation of tax compliance reporting for multiple corporate clients.
  • Proficient use of different software applications to ensure the efficient production of statutory accounts and required disclosures.
  • Developing, building and maintaining relationships with clients.  

Ideally you will have the following:

  • Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Strong experience of statutory accounts preparation gained in either industry or practice.
  • A working knowledge of accounting frameworks: FRS101, 102, 105 and IFRS.
  • Experience of planning and producing accurate detailed work to meet agreed deadlines.
