iMultiply are working with a well-established business on the position of Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. The role is based in Perth and is paying a salary of £20,000 - £24,000.

The Role

The role of Sales Administrator will report to the Sales Manager and will require the successful candidate to have good experience of working in a similar role within the motor trade industry. The candidate will understand the sales process and be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in their work. They will understand all compliance procedures related to the sales process, as well as having a good grasp of relevant IT software(s) specific to the motor retail industry. 

On Offer 

The role of Sales Administrator will offer a salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, as well as excellent benefits including a Company Car Scheme. The role is based in Perth, with parking on site as well as being easily accessible via public transport.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Complete and process all vehicle orders accurately
  • Manage vehicle transit and availability 
  • Process sales orders and PDI instructions - distributing to appropriate departments 
  • Arrange vehicle registration and process all pre-delivery administration
  • Process form V55/5 for all used vehicles
  • Process sales invoice 
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate data provided for financial reporting

To be considered for this role you must: 

  • A minimum of 2 years experience of working in a Sales Administrator role within the motor industry 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience of using relevant IT software(s) including Microsoft packages 
  • An aptitude for working accurately to tight deadlines
