An experienced Payroll Administrator is required to join a thriving restaurant chain head office located in the West end of Glasgow.

The Company

The innovative restaurant chain is going from strength to strength. Resulting in further investment in additional sites. 

The Role

The role of Payroll Administrator will report directly to the Head of Finance. The successful candidate will take the payroll function from start to finish. Due to future expansion plans, the opportunity will commence with an immediate start available.

On Offer

The position of Payroll Administrator will offer a salary of £18,000 plus company benefits. The finance team is located in the Westend of Glasgow. 

You will be responsible, but not restricted to, the following duties:

  • Process Weekly Payroll for multiple sites
  • Adding new employees to the payroll
  • Maintain P45 tracker.
  • Maintain employee records - HMRC tax codes / Student Loans
  • Pension – auto-enrolment/contributions uploaded to NEST
  • Email Payslips
  • Print & post P45’s
  • RTI Fillings - FPS / EPS / NINO
  • Wage reconciliations

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Previous experience running weekly payroll for multiple sites
  • Good IT knowledge will be required, particularly Sage and Excel would be highly advantageous
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
