iMultiply are delighted to be retained on the permanent position of Payroll Administrator, based in Edinburgh city centre, paying £21,000 - £23,000.

The Company

This thriving SME has a number of busy business units that are located across the central belt of Scotland. Each of the business units is regarded as prestigious venues with high foot-flows resulting a strong overall turnover for the group and its profits.

The Role

The role of Payroll Administrator will report directly to the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will have experience of taking a payroll from start to finish, as well having great accuracy and attention detail in all aspects of their work.

On Offer

The permanent position of Payroll Administrator will offer a salary of £21,000 - £23,000 plus company benefits. The offices are located in Edinburgh city centre and are better accessed via public transport as parking facilities are not provided.

You will be involved in, but not restricted to, the following duties:

  • Process Weekly Payroll for approximately 250 employees
  • Add new employees to payroll
  • Maintain P45 tracker
  • Maintain employee records  - HMRC tax codes / Student Loans
  • Pension – auto enrolment/contributions uploaded to NEST
  • Email Payslips
  • Print & post P45’s
  • RTI Fillings - FPS / EPS / NINO
  • Wage reconciliations
  • Payroll Transfer, NI Journals and Staff Movement Journals upload at Month End
  • Reconcile Control Accounts for Wages at Month End ,D060 – D065
