An experienced Office Manager is required to join a national organisation who pride themselves on quality.

The Company

This company, whose clients are well known brands, is giving an experienced Office Manager the opportunity to work in their busy and dynamic office.  They have gained a strong reputation within their industry and have new offices which are open plan.

The Role

Within this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties. You will manage the day to day running of the office as well as manage 1 direct report.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of an office
  • Manage all expenses for staff
  • Responsible for petty cash within the office
  • Fleet management of company vehicles
  • Deal with any queries in a professional manner
  • Inputting timesheets on internal system
  • Ad hoc assistance for Senior Management, such as minute-taking at meetings, booking travel arrangements etc
  • Ordering of all office consumables

On Offer

This challenging role offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,000, depending on experience, as well as other benefits.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar Office Manager role is essential
  • Excellent IT skills will be required, including Sage and Excel
  • Previous management experience is essential
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse workload
  • Experience managing a fleet of vehicles would be advantageous
