iMultiply are exclusively engaged to appoint a permanent part-time Office & Investment Administrator with a private equity business based in Edinburgh city centre

The role comprises of two main functions: (i) office management; and (ii) investment administration support.
The successful candidate will be the face and voice of the company. They will be the first point of contact for company clientele, so excellent inter-personal and communication skills are key. The successful candidate will also ensure the highest quality service for clients by maintaining an efficient office environment; as well working closely with investment managers, supporting the investment process through accurate administration.
The role of Office & Investment Administrator is a part-time position for 25 hours per week. The client would like these hours to be completed over 5 days, 10.00am - 4.00pm.
The office premises are based in Edinburgh city centre and easily accessible via public transport.
