An experienced Office Administrator is required to join a national organisation who pride themselves on quality.

 

The Company

This company, whose clients are well known brands, is giving an experienced Office Manager the opportunity to work in their busy and dynamic office.  They have gained a strong reputation within their industry and have new offices which are open plan.

 

The Role

Within this role, you will be responsible a variety of duties which will very likely evolve as the business continues to grow. Initially, you will be manage the day to day running of the office as well as manage 1 direct report.

 

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day administration tasks
  • Answering telephones, emails and visitors in a professional, timely manner
  • Processing purchase order invoices
  • Payment runs
  • Supplier statements
  • Responsible for mail distribution and courier liaison
  • Supporting the Office Manager
  • Processing data onto internal system
  • Ordering of all office consumables

 

On Offer

This challenging role offers a salary competitive salary of £14,000 – £16,000, depending on experience, as well as other benefits.

 

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar administration role is desirable
  • Excellent IT skills will be required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse workload
  • Experience in a previous finance role would be advantageous
