A leading UK specialist insolvency business seeks to recruit an ambitious Insolvency Administrator to join its Belfast team.

 

The Company

As an instantly recognisable brand in the insolvency market, this business seeks to grow its coverage across Northern Ireland in both the personal and corporate insolvency space. They have outperformed much of the local market and have several key partnerships in place which allows a regular flow of varied work.

The Role

The company requires an Insolvency Administrator on an initial one-year contract to help to support and grow the commercial reach of the office. You will be integral to the growth and success of the office through your involvement in the key functions that it performs. Duties will include:

  • Processing cases from cradle to grave.
  • Liaising with creditors, debtors and interested parties on a regular basis.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager and Partner with more complex level cases.
  • Statutory reporting: annual returns, tax matters and reviews.
  • Preparing and attending of meetings including creditors and directors.
  • Administrative duties as required.

On Offer

A salary of £17,000 – 20,000 is on offer for this role, dependant on the experience of the candidate. There is a lot of flexibility given to employees in return for their commitment to the role. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to progress and take on more responsibilities. There is a high likelihood of the role becoming permanent on completion the initial year.

To be considered for this opportunity, the following experience would be useful:

  • Hold a degree or diploma in a business or accountancy related topic.
  • Have a head for numbers and be comfortable learning industry terminology.
  • Detailed and accurate report writing ability.
  • Enthusiasm to learn through experience and also to participate in meetings.
