iMultiply are supporting a highly performing and progressive business with the recruitment of a permanent Group Finance Manager based close to Falkirk paying £45,000 - £50,000.

The Role

The position of Group Finance Manager is a newly created role to provide extra resource to the group finance function. This is diverse role where you will be involved in management accounts, statutory accounts, commercial analysis and treasury & banking. To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally be a qualified CA with upto 5 years post qualification experience and possess a desire for career advancement within a progressive business with a very interactive working environment. This can include candidates with existing industry experience or someone looking to make the move into industry from the Big Four or Top-Tier Firm.

On Offer

The position of Group Finance Manager will offer a salary of £45,000 – £50,000 plus a highly competitive benefits package. The office premises are based close to Falkirk with parking facilities available onsite.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Reporting to and deputising for group finance SMT
  • Guiding the SMT in relation to strategical planning and targeting
  • Assisting with high value projects including creation of financial modes to support cashflow requirements, revenue projections and profitability estimation
  • Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs
  • Preparation of statutory accounts and returns & tax computations
  • Assisting with year-end and audit process including liaising with external auditors
  • Budget setting and monitoring
  • Reviewing and developing processes, procedures & controls
  • Overseeing cash management and working capital
  • Responsible for treasury and banking requirements for the group
  • Adhoc duties

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Qualified CA with upto 5 years post qualification experience
  • Exposure to management & financial accounting would be advantageous but not essential
  • Educated to degree level is highly desirable
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact and influence senior internal & external stakeholders
