iMultiply are delighted to be engaged on the role of an Accounts Assistant with a well-established business based in Fife The role is paying a salary of £18,000-£20,000 per annum with additional benefits.

The Role

The role of Accounts Assistant will report to the Finance Manager. The successful individual will be involved in the accurate maintenance and management of the Purchase Ledger, Bank reconciliations, assistance with Sales Ledger and Credit Control.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to build efficient working relationships with a number of non-finance stakeholders within the organisation.

The role of Accounts Assistant will offer a highly competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 including an excellent benefits package which includes pension, ample holidays and other great benefits.  The offices are accessible via public transport with parking available onsite.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Managing Purchase Ledger
  • Monthly petty cash analysis and journal posting
  • Assisting with Sales Ledger and Credit Control
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Providing support to the Finance Manager
  • Other ad hoc finance related tasks

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate / analyse data
  • Ability to work to tight timescales and manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
