An experienced Administrator is required by an expanding business based in Glasgow.

 

The Company

The business offers a bespoke service to clients within their industry. This company have developed an enviable reputation as experts in their field and pride themselves in the quality of their work. Currently, they are expanding their Glasgow team due to their on-going success.

 

The Role

Within this role, you will provide effective administrative support to the business, particularly focusing on Accounts Payable.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with the processing of high volumes of purchase invoices
  • Record receipt of deliveries and file relevant paperwork accordingly
  • Assist with the processing of payments to suppliers
  • Ensure issues raised by audit are dealt with accordingly
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal managers regarding any queries
  • Provide ad hoc support to relevant managers across the business

 

On Offer

You will be offered a salary of up to £18,000 depending on your experience.

 

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

 

  • Previous experience working in a Finance Administrator post
  • Exposure to working within the engineering/construction industry would be advantageous
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
