Are you currently working within Accounts/Finance? Have experience of working within Accounts Receivable? Yes? We would love to hear from you!

We currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join the busy Accounts Receivable function of one of our clients located not far from Motherwell, who are experiencing a sustained period of growth.

The role is initially on a 12 month fixed term contract with a salary up to £20,000 per annum dependent on experience with an immediate start available.

The role will involve:

  • Creating and issuing invoices for sales across the business
  • Checking client pricing
  • Liaising with customers and handling any invoice queries 
  • Liaising closely with credit control
  • Any ad hoc administration

To be considered for the role you will have the following:

  • Experience of working within an accounts receivable function
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced role
  • High attention to detail & excellent communication skills
  • Have own transport due to location

What's on offer:

  • An initial 12 Month fixed term contract with the possibility to go permanent
  • Monday - Friday 9am x 5pm
  • Salary up to £20,000 per annum
