iMultiply resourcing are delighted to be working with an award winning financial services company currently recruiting Customer Account Managers to join an ever-expanding operation.


The Company

This is a UK-based credit control, recoveries management, and business process outsourcing company operating in both the B2B and B2C arenas. Their focus is on understanding its clients’ needs and delivering innovative solutions that help build success both for them and for their customers.


The Role

This role is available due to the on-going expansion and phenomenal success of the business. This is a telephone-based role and you will be a key point of contact for customers, both on an inbound and outbound basis. You will utilize your previous experience in a similar role to ensure that the expectations of the customer are exceeded through the delivery of exceptional service.

  • Ensuring each customer receives the best possible experience whilst delivering effective solutions to the challenges our customers face
  • Interacting with customers in an empathetic and professional manner
  • Meeting compliance and regulatory standards at all times
  • Working towards and achieving monthly set targets
  • Reporting to the Collections Manager


On Offer

  • Salary: £16,000 per annum + bonus and benefits
  • Bonus: Up to 3k per year on average
  • Location: Glasgow City Centre
  • Shifts: 39.5 hrs per week
  • Applicants must pass a Credit Check and Disclosure Check
