iMultiply are delighted to be working with an award winning financial services company currently recruiting Customer Account Managers on a 6-month fixed term contract. 

The Company

This is a UK-based retail banking, recoveries management, and business process outsourcing company operating in both the B2B and B2C arenas. Their focus is on understanding its clients’ needs and delivering innovative solutions that help build success both for them and for their customers.

The Role

This key role involves helping new customers make a smooth transition into the company as well as being the main point of contact for existing customers. You will utilize your previous experience in a similar role to ensure that the expectations of the customer are exceeded through the delivery of exceptional service.

The role is a 6-month fixed term contract.


  • Ensuring each customer receives the best possible experience whilst delivering effective solutions to the challenges our customers face
  • Interacting with customers in an empathetic and professional manner
  • Meeting compliance and regulatory standards at all times
  • Working towards and achieving monthly set targets
  • Reporting to the Collections Manager

On Offer

The position of Customer Account Manager on a 6-month contract is offering a salary of £17,000. Their premises are based in Edinburgh city centre and is easily assessable via public transport.
