Corporate Finance is an important part of the firm’s makeup and there is significant focus on driving further growth in this area.

The Role

An exciting opportunity to assist a mixture of scale up and established businesses with their M&A and due diligence requirements. The firm has particularly great expertise in working within the Agri-food, manufacturing & energy sectors. You’ll work in a team that is all about taking a hands-on approach and working as part of a team. You will have the chance to motivate and manage more junior members of the team, whilst benefitting from working with experienced dealmakers.

On Offer

An excellent salary of £40,000 – 45,000 will be on offer, depending on the experience of the successful candidate. There is also an extensive benefits package and an easily accessible office, located in Belfast City Centre. This role represents a real opportunity for a high calibre, commercially focussed individual to develop their career within a fast-paced corporate finance environment.


To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA) with 2 years post qualification experience.
  • Experience of working with a corporate finance team would be preferable, although a commercially minded audit background would also be considered
  • A self-motivated and tenacious personality
  • Comfortable building and utilising a network through business development
