iMultiply are supporting a high growth business with the recruitment of a permanent Commercial Management Accountant based in Fife paying upto £50,000 plus a highly competitive benefits package.

The Company

This high growth group exploded onto the scene almost two decades ago and has expanded rapidly ever since through natural growth and acquisitions. Until recently it had almost zero presence in Scotland but due to a sizable acquisition its building a Scottish hub to support a division which will operate right through-out the UK. The business has a proven track record of hiring exceptional individuals right across all its support functions which has contributed to a highly impressive and performing finance function that is once again expanding.

The Role

The position of Commercial Management Accountant will report directly to Head of Commercial Finance and is viewed as a natural successor. This is a newly created role with the successful individual given the utmost autonomy to shape the role to improve operational effectiveness and contribute to the business achieving its strategic objectives. To be considered you must be a qualified Accountant, ideally no more than 2-4 years post qualified.

On Offer

The role of Commercial Management Accountant will offer a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus a highly competitive benefits package. The Office premises are based in Fife with parking facilitates available on-site.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Reporting to and deputising for the Head of Commercial Finance
  • Providing strategical guidance and direction to the SMT
  • Production of monthly reporting packs including ability to present to the SMT
  • Managing a number of high value & business critical projects
  • KPI setting & monitoring
  • Financial planning and modelling
  • Business partnering with senior stakeholders including non-financial staff such as Operation Managers, Projects Managers etc.
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Support systems implementations & developments
  • Periodic and adhoc management information requests
  • Adhoc duties

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Qualified Accountant – ESSENTIAL (Ideally 2-4 years post qualified)
  • Proven track record of operating within a commercial role
  • Exposure to financial planning and modelling
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
