The opportunity for a Client Accounts Manager has arisen within a well renowned professional services business based in Edinburgh City Centre. Reporting directly into the Senior Client Accounts Manager, you will be involved with all aspects of the client services and help ensure the department runs smoothly and effectively on a daily basis.

The Role

This is a varied role and you will be involved in numerous areas of the client services function. Your knowledge of client services and financial administration will be key to your success in this role and you must have an ability to manage high volumes of invoices.

On Offer

The position of Client Accounts Manager has arisen offering a salary of £24,000 - £26,000 including some excellent benefits package plus generous holiday allowance. Their offices are based in Edinburgh city centre and are easily accessible via public transport.

In this role your main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Managing and supporting the Credit Control team to ensure agreed standards and targets are achieved.
  • Relationship building, providing excellent customer service and understands needs of customers and colleagues.
  • Maintaining a high level of professional conduct with internal and external customers via face to face, on the phone, on email and in written communication.
  • Implementing and monitoring agreed risk standards and highlighting any issues to the Senior Client Accounts Manager.
  • Responsible for completing one to ones and maintaining all team records as required

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have a minimum of 18 months working within a similar working environment.
  • Have the ability to organise workload effectively, managing and meeting the demands of a very busy environment
  • Have excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Have strong practical IT skills (Excel is essential)
