iMultiply are engaged exclusively on a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Accounts Payable Administrator based in Edinburgh. This role pays a very competitive salary and offers a potential permanent role at the end of the contract.

The Role

The Accounts Payable Administrator position presents the opportunity to join a world class finance function. The successful candidate will have experience of processing high volumes of invoices and ideally will have operated within a fast-paced environment.

On Offer

The role of Purchase Ledger Clerk will offer a competitive rate and exposure to fast paced UK wide and forward thinking company. The headquarters of the business are based in Edinburgh and have parking available onsite.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Reporting to the Finance Manager for Accounts Payable
  • Processing invoices
  • Matching, coding and batching of invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Financial administration
  • Dealing with petty cash
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with purchase and supplier enquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures and financial controls

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following experience:

  • Have a minimum of 12 months practical finance experience 
  • Ability to liaise and communication with stakeholders
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
