iMultiply Resourcing are delighted to be engaged on an Accounts Receivable Clerk opportunity based in West Lothian.

The Role

The key focus for this Accounts Receivable Clerk position will be to support an essential part of the organisation and Team Leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales ledger function within the group ensuring accurate and efficient records are maintained for the financial accounts of all customers including timeous and accurate raising of invoices and ensuring all cash due is collected.

The Offer

The position of Accounts Receivable Clerk is offering a salary of £19,000 - £21,000 including an excellent benefits package and generous holiday allowance. Based in West Lothian their offices have parking available onsite.

You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts ensuring timely and effective collection of debt and escalation where necessary.
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
  • Knowledge of account reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of cash allocation.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Assist to develop and maintain notes covering all the sales ledger processes
  • Assisting with Monthly payroll as required
  • Managing the shared mailbox
  • Any other reasonable duties as required

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within an accountancy and finance role
  • Exposure to a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
