Account Administrator - Glasgow

A large Glasgow-based employer requires the services of a talented Account Administrator.

The Role

As Account Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for key business clients and you will continually ensure that all requests are carried out in an efficient and effective manner and any issues are resolved.


  • Utilize telephone and email, both inbound and inbound, to communicate with business customers
  • Work towards service level agreements set by senior management
  • Maintain CRM system accurately
  • Resolve customer queries/issues in a professional manner
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports via Excel for presentation to management
  • Assist with drafting of contracts for business clients
  • Raise invoices and communicate effectively with other internal teams, ie finance, sales, procurement etc

On Offer

This full time role comes with a salary of £20,000. The office is easily accessible and is a short walk from Glasgow Central Station.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting service level agreements and exceeding KPIs
  • Good Excel skills will be required
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Excellent eye for detail
