Jump2it is a primary school Health and Citizenship programme, delivered across Scotland to 'at risk' youths, using pro athletes to deliver interactive workshops.
The programme educates children on the dangers of alcohol and smoking whilst also promoting the benefits of physical activity and healthy eating. The combination of classroom learning and active participation provides children aged 9 to 12 with the information they require to make positive lifestyle decisions.
The Jump2it programme is proven to be incredibly effective in re-enforcing health education and increasing information retention and physical activity levels. Schools praise our links with the health and well-being curriculum, our inclusive nature and the opportunity to compete with other schools.
