Philosophy

Our charity partnerships are integrated into our core business, social purpose is part of the iMultiply effect.

“We are really excited about our charity partnerships, both of these organisations perfectly align with iMultiply’s values, philosophy and ambitions. They do truly inspiring things for young people in their local communities and are committed to making a big difference.

We wanted to go beyond a traditional Charity of the Year relationship and integrate our support for the work of ProjectScotland and Include Youth into iMultiply’s professional service offer.  So every time we place someone in a new role a percentage of the fee will go directly to our charities, helping them support more young people who are further away from the workplace.  That means both iMultiply and our clients are directly helping young people to get on in life!”

Project Scotland are a charity working across Scotland, helping young people (aged 16-30) to develop their confidence and skills through volunteering.

And their numbers speak for themselves.

  • 78% of volunteers continue onto employment, education or training within six months
  • 93% of volunteers feel the experience has had a long-term impact on their life
  • 98% see a marked improvement in their soft skills as a result of volunteering

Include Youth are a Northern Ireland based charity that supports young people from disadvantaged communities to improve their employability and personal development. They achieve this through a range of different programs which increase the self-esteem and confidence of young people.

iMultiply was thrilled to launch our charity partnerships in January 2019 and look forward to continuing to deepen the relationship and the social impact we can have.

Alongside providing a donation each and every time we make a placement, the iMultiply team have got involved in fundraising activities and challenges.
