In between all the Covid-19 news we are delighted to welcome aboard Hannah Tiffin!
Hannah’s role as Customer Experience Executive (CEE) is to monitor and look to continuously improve our customer satisfaction experience.
She will be pro-actively speaking to our customers in order to obtain insights to assist us in continuously refining our methods in order to ensure the best possible service is being delivered.
Outside of work you can find Hannah travelling the globe, more recent destinations have included Japan and Canada. She also loves cooking and her signature dish is vegetarian lasagne, and yes, she does make Tiffin cake too!
