We are over the moon to announce that we are a finalist in the Customer Service Excellence category for the upcoming Belfast Business Awards.
Customer service is an integral part of our growth journey at iMultiply. We measure and reward our consultants’ performance based on customer feedback and this unique business model ensures that we maintain a culture where long-term and collaborative relationships are created and a focus on a customer-led service is the norm.
We also have a full time Head of Customer Relations whose sole role is to ensure our customers are over-joyed and that we’re continuously learning and implementing ideas on what would improve our customer experience.
