Marketing Manager

The role 

The objective of the role is to improve brand awareness, assist with customer acquisition, attract internal talent and help iMultiply gain and maintain its competitive advantage.

Duties will include:

   Assist our (Part Time) Marketing Director with defining and implementing the marketing strategy and be responsible for delivering all day-to-day marketing activities

   Overall responsibility for visual brand management

   Researching and assisting with the formation of strategic partnerships, ensuring agreed marketing schedules with these organizations are maintained

   Maintain effective internal communications, ensuring that the team are kept informed of marketing objectives

   Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, whilst measuring results.

   Preparing online and print marketing campaigns e.g. our monthly newsletter

   Responsible for the company’s marketing budget.

   Raising our media profile and positioning iMultiply as the ‘go to’ specialist financial recruitment agency

   Managing press releases and news announcements

   Organizing and marketing our events

   Identifying networking and speaking opportunities

   Assisting with the curation of thought leadership material

   Improving customer engagement/support and increase enquiries

   Managing award entries

   Generating case studies, blog posts, podcasts and other marketing collateral

  Managing our social media activity

   Reporting – Google analytics, various social media reporting tools

   Making changes to our website using a bespoke content management system (creative support may be available)

   Explore funding options for marketing / design

   Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications


On Offer

We are open to the successful individual working full time or part time and can either be based in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The position is offering a competitive salary with excellent benefits.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have the following: 

   Relevant degree and/or CIM qualification

   Proven track record in multi-channel marketing

   Experience in a similar role within a B2B environment would be advantageous

   Strong project management skills

   Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

   Strong creative outlook

   Good understanding of digital marketing channels

   Outgoing and dynamic person capable of introducing or co-leading new business opportunities
